All those years in Taiwan we had a lot of green and no changing seasons . After returning to the states I can again enjoy God's hand at work in the changing seasons. The pictures below were all taken within a short walking distance of our home. As you view them, take a moment and thank God for making this world such a special place.
Remember the old Pepsodent toothpaste ad, "You'll Wonder Where The Yellow Went"? Well one look at our front yard and I got the answer to that question.
God's paintbrush at work:
Enjoy the world God has created for us and marvel daily at the power of his creation.

Many beautiful pictures! and...you parked almost the same place in two pictures!
I also love the foliage on Smoky Mountain. In the past two years when we lived in Atlanta, we also visited there in late October.
Beautiful photos!!
I really enjoyed the changes in the color of the sweet maple. Many years ago Barbra Wilson told me when she drove to school in the morning the maple leaves are still golden yellow. By the time she drove home both sides of the road were beautiful red colored leaves.
